1. In order to access the information in CCIS, each user must have an user account which included with Email address.
2. The Email address that listed in CCIS should not use the Email that is already in use by another account.
3. Your password in CCIS is stored in our database in the one-way hashed format. It means that nobody can get it back even by Administrator.
4. If you forgot your password, you may reset your password by clicking on Forgot Password link which is located in the Login page.
5. We are not responsible for account misuse due to the user's negligence in keeping the confidentiality of their respective accounts and emails.
6. In order to access the mail details including the last status, please use Reports menu after successfully logged in to CCIS.
7. You may display the complete status of mail which is displayed in the List page by simply clicking on its mail ID after successfully logged in to CCIS.
8. In order to trace the complete status of your mail, you may also use Mail Tracking menu after successfully logged in to CCIS.
9. You may trace your mail maximum up to 10 items at once, where the first result will display the last status of the mail, and you may display the completed status history of the mail afterwards.
10. You may export data to Excel, CSV files, or even displaying them in Printer Friendly mode via the Reports menu after successfully logged in to CCIS.
11. The information which will be displayed in CCIS are came from the data within the last three months that calculated from the date of mail posting.
